We have an exciting opportunity for an experience Test Analyst to join our innovative and forward thinking Digital Team.

Our Digital team works collaboratively to design and deliver innovative technology solutions that assist our clients to create a better future for our cities, regions, communities and the environment. We incorporate software development, data analytics, visualisation, digital engineering, geospatial and cloud into a truly integrated service.

Our recent projects have included The Melbourne Metro Tunnel Project - Our Digital team helped develop a way to manage the impacts of the project, through the Melbourne Liveability Monitor. This is a Cloud-based Internet of Things (IOT) monitoring platform which receives, aggregates and analyses data from sound, vibration, and air quality sensors, to enable communication with devices in the MMTEM Sensor Network.

What you’ll do:

  • Functional testing against user stories, sprint testing, testing documentation, working with automated testing, regression testing
  • Planning and performing functional, regression, and performance tests both automated and manually
  • Identify and investigate software issues
  • Take responsibility for the Q&A process to help deliver and maintain products of a high level of quality

About you:

We are looking for a candidate who has:

  • Proven and extensive years of experience as a Test Analyst
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills,
  • Experience with writing test documentation such as test reports
  • Experience with identifying, designing and developing associated test cases
  • Automated testing experience and experience with PlayWright
  • Sound knowledge of Python
  • Basic Git & Docker knowledge or posses a willingness to learn
